Was pleasantly surprised by this ramen joint. I came in with hesitation mainly because their insta is filled with wypipo but boy was I so wrong! Their broth and noodles were amazing! Thoroughly pulled off All those domestically sourced substances & sent a delicious bowl of ramen that felt nutritious but also tasted like it would clog your arteries
